Optional Excursion Tours

The tour price is based on minimum of 15 persons to operate.  All flights will depart from Hong Kong and return back to Hong Kong.  All the flights are tentative and subject to finalization.  The payment of tour fee will not be processed until the tour is confirmed to operate with minimum no. of participants.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All Excursion Tours are operated by China Travel Service (HK) Limited (CTS).
  2. Tour fees quoted are based on minimum of 15 persons and are subject to change if minimum number cannot be met.
  3. Tour fees include:
    • Round trip special economy class group air ticket between Hong Kong and the destination city as specified;
    • Hotel accommodation, meals and transfers as specified;
    • Hong Kong Airport & Security Tax and Airport Tax of destination city;
    • Professional English-speaking tour escort and tour guide service for the entire tour;
    • All entrance fees specified, if any;
    • Group transfer to/from airport and hotel within the destination city;
    • Baggage allowance of 20 kg per person.
  4. Tour fees do not include
    • Any visa fees;
    • Airport transfer in Hong Kong;
    • Personal travel insurance
  5. The listed itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Should there be any change, delegate will be notified immediately.
  6. All travellers to China require an entry visa. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from date of travelling. Diplomatic passports holders and official passport holders must obtain China visa in their country of origin. China visa fee and travel insurance are not included and can be quoted separately.  An original passport and passport photo is required. It takes 3-4 working days to process. The price is subject to change by the visa office; participants may also apply for a visa at an Embassy or Consulate of China in their country before departure to Hong Kong. Please apply double-entry or multiple-entry visa to Hong Kong if required. You are advised to check by yourself the visa requirement of each destination countries in advance.
  7. An acknowledgement or confirmation of tours will be sent to registered participants upon receipt of booking form.
  8. Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal effects. The organizers or travel agency will accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants during the organized tours.
  9. Secretariat and CTS reserves the right to adjust the listed fees at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate of Chinese RMB Yuan, Hong Kong dollar and US dollar or any increase by the suppliers in the cost of whatever portion of the tour.
  10. Responsibility
    • CTS acts in the capacity of a travel agent only for clients in making arrangements for transportation, sightseeing or hotel accommodation. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by CTS are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. CTS shall be exempt from any liability for loss, injury or damage to property or person, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control.
    • The departure and arrival time of the transportation used by the tour are subject to change.  Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice by the departments concerned in China and other destination countries due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or the tour is prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot by the participants.
    • CTS is not responsible for any loss to be suffered during the tour by tour participant who is refused to leave or re-enter Hong Kong by the Immigration Department or the authority concerned due to any reason.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation. The payment of tour fee will not be processed until the tour is confirmed to operate with minimum no. of participants
  • Cancellation charge will be applied as follows if written cancellation is received by the Secretariat:
  • On or before July 15, 2014 50% of tour fee
    After July 15, 2014  100% of tour fee
