MPS 2014 Registration Fees


Society will send the login details to MPS members by end of January 2014.

Online registration will be closed on August 22.  Should you have any enquiry, please write to Meeting Secretariat at reg@mps2014.org

Approximately exchange rate is US$1 = HK$7.75

Entitlement of Each Registration Category

MPS Member/ Academic Guest/ Guest:
Conference Program, Conference Bag, Opening and Closing Dinners, Conference Lunches & Tea Breaks and Excursion to Macau.

Accompanying Person:
Conference Program, Conference Bag, Opening and Closing Dinners, Conference Lunches & Tea Breaks, Excursion to Macau and Spouse Program.

Due to limited seating capacity, Excursion to Macau is subject to seat availability for delegates and their accompanying persons (if any) registered after July 25.

Due to limited seating capacity, Closing Harbor Cruise and Dinner is subject to seat availability for delegates and their accompanying persons (if any) registered after August 15.

Guest Nomination
To nominate a person and his/her accompanying person as the guests to participate in the Mont Pelerin Society General Meeting in 2014 in Hong Kong, you simply download the Guest Nomination Form and return the completed form to Meeting Secretariat by email/fax.
Guest(s) have to be approved by the Executive Committee of the Society and the decision of the Committee is treated as final.

Payment
Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars by the following methods:

  1. Cheque: payable to “International Conference Consultants Limited
  2. Credit Card: Visa or Master Card

Registration confirmation will be emailed to the registered delegates in due course after receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat and the refund will be made after the meeting. If cancellation is received on or before May 31, 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee.

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
  2. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
  3. Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Kindly check the letter of confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Secretariat.
  4. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Meeting.  Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:
  5. On/before May 31, 2014:         50% of the registration fee
    After May 31, 2014:       No refund
  6. The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid. Refund will be made after the Meeting.
  7. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
  8. All personal information collected will solely use for registration and communication purpose.
