Registration and Information Desk
The registration and information desk is located at the foyer of the Grand Ballroom on lower level 1. The desk will be open at the following hours:

August 31 16:00 – 18:00
September 1, 2 and 4 08:00 – 17:00
September 5 08:00 – 12:00

Registration desk will be closed on September 3.

Dress Code
Dress code of the Conference Program on September 1, 2, 4 and 5 is Business Casual.

Language
The official language of the Meeting is English.

Name Badge
All participants will receive an identification badge upon registration. Name badges are required at all times for identification purposes and admission to meeting sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and dinners. Otherwise, you may be declined for admission. Excursion to Macau will be admitted by tickets. If you lose your name badge, please approach the Registration Desk to get a replacement.

Refreshment Breaks and Lunches
Coffee and tea will be served at the foyer of the Grand Ballroom on lower level 1 and lunch will be served in the Orchid Room on lower level 2 on September 1, 2, 4 and 5 at designated times.

MPS 2014 USB
A USB flash drive with speaker bios, abstracts and full papers (received as of August 8, 2014) is packed in your conference bag and will be available for all delegates.

Speaker Preparation Room
The speaker preparation room is located in the Jasmine and Laurel Room on lower level 1 (opposite to the Grand Ballroom) and will be open at the following hours:

August 31 16:00 – 18:00
September 1, 2 and 4 08:00 – 17:00
September 5 08:00 – 12:00

Speakers are requested to bring their PowerPoint presentation files in USB flash drives or CD-ROMs to the speaker preparation room ONE day before their presentation.

Moderators and Discussants
Please ensure you are available in the session you are chairing at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Internet
Free internet access is available to all delegates at the meeting venues.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking event.

Insurance and Liability
The Organizers and Meeting Secretariat do not accept responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance. You are advised to secure your own personal health, luggage or other travel insurance as desired.

Adverse Weather Arrangements
If typhoon signal No.8 or higher or a rainstorm black warning is in force, all activities at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong will be held as scheduled, but excursion/tours will be cancelled.
